Refunds & Returns Policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All returns must be in original condition and original packaging. All returns must be shipped to 508 Bridge Rd, Richmond, 3121 Victoria.

Change of Mind

We do not offer a change of mind service. If you have received your order and you find it is not suitable for your space, please contact us at info@supplyanddemand.com.au for an alternative solution.

Damages

Inspect your order on arrival and if there are any damages or issues with the order, please get in contact with us immediately at info@supplyanddemand.com.au and attach a photo of the issue. 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. You will need to return the product and then place a new order once the refund has come back into your account.

Exceptions

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Refund Processing

Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to return to our customers' accounts. If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, please contact us at info@supplyanddemand.com.au.

Shipping Information 

We currently ship nationally around Australia. All our products are shipped from our warehouse or stores located in Victoria. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout. Shipping times are subject to change due to external factors. Please use the provided tracking number to locate the whereabouts of your order. For any issues with shipping please contact us at info@supplyanddemand.com.au

Important notes: While we take great care to ensure your order is packed securely and dispatched with trusted delivery partners, we are not responsible for any damage caused by courier services during transit or upon delivery. Once your order has left our warehouse, the handling and delivery process is managed by the courier.

Our responsibility is limited only to the products purchased directly from our store. We do not accept liability or provide compensation for any damage to other items, property, or belongings at the delivery address that are not part of your order.
